HELP I'm new and wondering what to do

Hi, 

Im very new to real estate and have begun my doing whole sale.  Does anyone have any good suggestions for places to find investors?  I work for a business that has a lot of properties that come and go.  We also have "Turn Key" investments in states that I am not located in.  Im looking for any good ideas on what to write on Bandit signs or where to pick up investors online.  Can anyone give me any suggestions or where even to find stuff online.
