Hello my name is Jose,

I'm starting out in the wholesale of real estate and as much help as I can, need to build my network of Investors. wholesaler's etc... I went to my first meet up yesterday and i learned a lot. I Live in Moorpark, CA 93021 and would like to find out if any local investors or wholesalers need any help and in the process I can learn the business.

IMHO, wholesaling is going to be very difficult with the current market conditions. It's still a strong seller's market, so there's not much reason for a homeowner to sell their house at a discount.  Of course there is going to be a homeowner here or there who just wants to sell and doesn't care about the money, but i would say that those are very far and few between.
