Hey everybody, just completed the Than Merrill's 3 day workshop, i think it was well worth the $197.00 but i was amazed at just how many people were so willing to open their wallets and dish out $35,000 for one of their packages. Im sure i can find the same information if not better on BP, am i right? Also im interested in Real Estate Investor clubs or meetings in the Houston/Spring area to meet other investors, any suggestions? Thanks Douglas
