I'm finding this type of financing very interesting, however I have a few questions.
How do you find these type of deals?
When you are looking for properties, are you looking specifically for seller financing, or do you typically find them on accident?
And for the Inland Empire investors, do you encounter a lot of seller financing here in the IE?
