2. 6 duplex in Montgomery,Al 4 rented
3. 1 house in Millbrook, al rented
4. 1 house in Montgomery,Al section 8 rented
5. 4 trailer in Troy,Al section 8 rented

Have almost all property in a llc.

Now what do i do to move to the next level?
1. I want to do some short sale to build up my cash.
2. Buying/holding
3. Needing to start buyer list.
