We are moving from buy and holds into the flipping arena. I have researched many of the "For Sale by Owner offers" and find mixed reviews regarding their integrity and there are many reviews regarding sketchy practices in promises to list your property on MLS. What is the best way to do a for sale by owner and get it listed on MLS?
@Erin Lennon There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will charge you a couple hundred bucks to list your property on MLS. The problem is they won't sell it for you. Start right now with building a 6% sales commission into all of your budgets and find an awesome agent that will sell all your flips for you. You will have a great partner/team member and hopefully they will also bring you deals that will make you enough money that you forget you are even paying a commission.
