Getting started with a first deal/project.
I'm new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate investing. The good news is that I have some cash, access to hard money loans, time and live near a hot market in Austin,TX. However, being new to this, I'm having difficulty getting started with the right project for me. Should I look to partner with an experienced investor starting out? If so, are there experienced investors looking to partner with novices?
