I am a new investor and I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts for about a year now. I have heard a lot about B2R Finance and I want to know if anyone has taken out a loan with them? How has your experience with the company? I would also appreciate any thoughts on becoming an LLC and whether or not it would beneficial to do as a newbie investor?
