How much down = low risk.

I'm thinking about a second investment property. I'm currently house hacking my first home. It pays the mortgage and then some.  What would be a safe percentage of a down payment for a new property.  I want to put as much down as I can.  Should I use up all my cash.  I just think it would be a more safe way to go for noobs.
