Obtaining a Mortgage.....
I'm going Thursday to look at some SFH's and just spoke with a bank that came highly reccomended for investment properties. Well, the bank told me that they can't write a mortgage valued at under 100k and they need a minimum of 30% down. Anyone know any other banks (Preferably ones that will do loans in NJ) that will write a 60, 70, or 80k mortgage? Thanks!
