What is the best way to get started? I have been reading up and it seems like you have to have a decent amount of money to get started.

I have been picking up and reading as many books as I can to get my self at least knowledgeable. "Rich dad poor dad", 7 habits of highly effective people, and Think and grow rich. Are there anymore besides the blogs that you guys suggest?

Also, sorry this doesn't follow one specific question, I just want to get as much info as I can!

@Braden McClennen

Welcome to the site.

As to getting started. Do you own your own home yet? If not I would buy an owner occupied duplex with an FHA loan. Only need 3.5% down & your tenant will pay your mortgage for you.
