hey guys, just finish reading "rich dad poor dad" got highly motivated to start today. I have lil money and have bad credit. So i know i cant #BuyAndHold a property or #Flip a house yet. But untill then, i want to try #Wholesale to get started. So my question is, what is the best way to start and also where can i get or buy a list of motivated sellers? So i can start sending postcards to them.

Any tips or suggestions will be very appreciated.  Hope someone can point and guide me to the right direction
