How to find more information

I am currently interested in a residence located in Elizabeth Township, PA.  The address is 722 Clark Street, Buena Vista PA 15018.  I have done research through our local county assessment and real estate sites.  The last posted information is that the home was sold to TD Sevice CO in CA.  I went to the website and it stated that it is for investors only.  Not for a consumer.  The home has sat vacant for over 10 years.  Any reseach help would be appreciated.
