Greetings everyone: 

I am a Real Estate Agent in Rhode Island and I have been researching wholesaling and flips. I would love to start wholesaling and then eventually transition to flips. Looks like there are so many opportunities. So I began making a list of investors from ads I saw on Craigslist, and plan to attend our local REIA meeting to network.

Are there other fellow wholesalers and investors currently practicing in RI that would like to connect? 

Any guidance would be appreciated.
