starting over
i want to get back into real estate investing, its been almost ten years since i went broke at it. i like building new houses, fixing up old ones, and owning rentals. my credit is bad but i do have about $15,000 cash and a $60,000 free and clear home.in jackson michigan. how can i get back in?
