I am looking (or was thinking about) putting together an investment team in my area.  Can anyone give me any direction?  In particular, if this is even a good idea?

If your budget will stretch to it initially, once you've found an investor friendly Realtor, Lawyer & CPA, (maybe a bookkeeper/financial planner too) - get them together in the same room, and talk through your goals over the next 6-12 months.

It sounds extravagant, but you'll be AMAZED what comes out of sessions like this, and it often provides an insight as to how to get started and in which direction.

The idea's we have initially are not necessarily the one's we carry though 1 or 2 years later.

Keep us updated, and good luck!
