Starting Out
Hello everyone, my names Jacob live in Denver Colorado and am 21 years old that's studying Physical Exercise. Im new to this site and real estate investing in general. I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and it caught my interest right away. I have a passion for learning as much as I can and putting it into action. I am somewhat nervous about getting started and haven't exactly decided what I want my niche to be. I believe I want to go with wholesaling due to the low amount of money needed. Any tips or suggestions? All help would be greatly appreciated!
