Wholesaling
Hows it going everybody? Im 17 and new to the biggerpockets world. I had a question about wholesaling in Southern California. Is it illegal? The way i would go about locking in my first deal is putting up bandit signs. And once i get a hot lead and have equitable interest, i would like to sell my contractual interest to my private buyers list. I just need someone to point me at the right direction if possible.
