hello im only 18 years old im a freshman in college, and i work a minimum wage job, and i am really passionate about learning real estate. i live in bakersfield Cali, and i am open to any advice from an experienced investor....where should i start? who do i contact? how can i do what you guys are doing?

• learn the business - the strategies and how to evaluate deals. You can do that here on BP
• lean the market - go out an look at a ton of deals. You do that out on the street not sitting behind a  computer screen
• Your youth is a big advantage. Most of the experienced people here wished they had started sooner.
