New Investor form Mass, Should I get my RE license

Hi BP,

I am just starting out and am looking for my first house hack. I have  been researching an RE license and am wondering the communities thoughts on this. Should I obtain my RE license if I am going to be a buy and hold investor. I have a full time job and plan on this as side passive income. I am trying to determine if the RE license will be of benefit or maybe even cons that I am not aware of.

Thanks,

Chris
