Rental properties financing

Hi everyone,

I am relocating to Minneapolis next month and would like guidance on best ways to finance rental properties??

Thank you all in advance.

@Account Closed I'm a local investor from Minneapolis. There are a lot of different ways to finance rental properties and the best one may depend on your situation. You can put around 20% down and buy with traditional financing (cheap 30 year money). Some investors buy/fix/rent/re-fi into long term financing. Some investors use commercial financing (closer to 5% IR and different terms). Some investors use seller financing. Some use private financing.
