30k for a home? Really?

I see many posts here, and a lot of the price ranges here are 30-40k(down payment?)? Is it possible? An average apartment in my country costs about 200-300k. It seems weird

Asolutely! Most of my properties are $30k-$55k purchase. You know what they say...location,location,location!! Just like someone in Hong Kong may think apartments in your location are surprisingly cheap.

$30k In Baltimore

$30k In some parts of Texas (lol)

$30k in San Francisco
