Flipping and Private Money Lenders

Hi, a business partner and I are interested in starting up a house flipping business, however we have no funds of our own to start our initial flip. Would a private money lender be the best option? How do we begin to actually flip houses? We're very driven, so we've been attempting to learn everything we could, and I know want to know what you guys think.

Thank you!

Jon
