Need A Beginner Investor Friendly Mortage Broker

I'm looking for an investor friendly place where i can get pre-approved for a mortgage for my first investment property. I would like a place that is helpful and gives great rates for conventional mortgages, many who i have been contacting either don't mortgage investment properties often and don't sound up for it or don't call me back after just generally leaving a message.

Are there any companies you have worked with worth giving a call?
