I am 100% new to all of this. I have always been interested in becoming a landlord or flipping not houses. I am not sure where to start. So 3 years ago I bout a house for cheap and am currently looking to move and rent my current house out. I don't want to just own 1 I want to own multiple rentals. What is the best way to go about this? Should I start a company and register with my state and put the rentals under the company and if I do that what type of company should I start (ex: LLC, C, sole proprietorship)? I am just new and want to start on the right foundation! Thank you!
