Guidance Required

Morning all,

I am progressively trying to get myself involved more and more within Real Estate, both here in the U.K and U.S. I am looking for a sense of direction and guidance on how I can successfully immerse myself within this industry. Ideally I would like to be able to undertake some experience with someone who is firmly routed within this sector. I am keen to learn ! 

In addition I am going to be carrying out some research in the forthcoming months in relation to the Property Investment markets as a broad topic. Any suggestive areas and topics that you may feel be of interest to research, please let me know. (I am currently undertaking a Masters Degree and would like to base my Thesis within the Property Investment Sector).
