I am looking for an investor friendly Real Estate agent in Pensacola, Fl to help me find my first investment deal.  I am looking for a real estate agent that understands all the numbers involved in creating a positive buy-and-hold investment.  If you have worked with someone that you like please feel free to recommend them for me.
