Hi everyone. I am looking into investing in real estate and, since I live in SW Florida, I would like to invest in Florida. I think that I would prefer to go the buy and hold route. My question is, what areas of Florida would you consider "good" for buy and hold properties in the $80,000 range? Thank you in advance! Alex
