Buisness line of credit good or not

I was thinking about getting a business line of credit under my llc. Can anyone give me advice? Good or not good

If you can get any funding, that is not tied directly to a property, it is 100 times better than cash...if you know how to turn it into an unlimited stream of funding for all your future deals.  If the amount of funds you have access to at one time is greater than or equal to the minimum amount needed for your basic property profile, you won't need any new funds ever again.
