How to obtain a quick loan to purchase first flip?
Hello, my wife and I just formed our LLC and we're wondering if anyone could provide some direction as to what we need to do to get the necessary funds to purchase our first flip? PML/HML or any other ways where investors are willing to help out first time flippers. We'd love to get our first flip right away. If it helps, we are located in Houston. Thank you.
