Has anybody tried Angel Oak Prime Bridge out of Atlanta, GA for a loan to do a Rehab project? I am trying to locate a legit company with 100% financing. The ones I came across so far have BAD reviews.

I've used DoHardMoney with my flips. They're expensive but fast and I've had no issues with them. Good luck.

Ty Faisal! I contacted them today but you either have to have good credit or up to 20%down. But i will definitly look into them later on down the line bc he was a very nice guy and very informative!

My cousin just used Angel Oak on a rehab he's doing and so far he has no complaints and find them fairly reasonable.
