Need a Hard/Private money lender for the state of Georgia?

Has anybody tried Angel Oak Prime Bridge out of Atlanta, GA for a loan to do a Rehab project? I am trying to locate a legit company with 100% financing. The ones I came across so far have BAD reviews.

I've used DoHardMoney with my flips. They're expensive but fast and I've had no issues with them.
