How to Start?
I'm new here, and I'm sure this question have been asked before so please bare with me. I am trying to get into the house flipping market but don't really know the best avenue. I was thinking of finding short sales or foreclosures, is this the best way to start?

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
