Hi! Im Crystal. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good real estate agent thats good with finding me a great deal on an income property? I finaly got approved for 11500 for my first home. In or around the denver area. Thank you!

Just sold a few sub 110k condos in Aurora, and while the pickings were slim, we found a few creative ways to get the right units under contract. One just closed and the other got pushed back to the end of the month. 

I feel like I've seen every single condo in Aurora at this point, for better or worse!!
