LLC vs S-Corp for Wholesaling

Hi everyone. I'm brand new to real estate investing and I'm really interested in reverse wholesaling. Wondering if anyone has any insight on what type of business entity is best for this type of business. LLC? S-Corp? Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated.

My accountant advised me to set up an LLC but taxed as an s-corp for the wholesaling side of my business. I have a separate LLC taxed as a pass-through for my rentals. Flips stay in the wholesaling LLC.
