Hello all! My husband and I are very excited to be a part of this community.  We are newbies with limited knowledge but wanted to get some feedback on which avenue might be recommended as a good start.  ( ie Wholesaling, flipping, rentals etc)  We do have some concerns about diving into an oversaturated market so any feedback on this would also be great.
