Bank loans for Fix and Flips?

Hello BP,

I am new to investing but am learning as much as I can through reading, BP, and the pod casts. My question is for financing a fix and flip. I am looking looking to invest in a single family home and was wondering if anyone knows if any banks do loans for renovation projects if you have the 20% to put down.
