Newbie from Rochester ny
Hi my name is Tony I'm from Rochester my and I work for CSX (railroad) as a welder doing maintenance on the tracks, it's a good job with great benefits so I really don't want to quit my job but I'm looking for a side business. I'm not sure if real estate is for me but before I jump in head first I would like to know some feed back about the matter. I don't know what I'm getting into so I'm hoping I can get some help from you.
Do I buy to flip?
Do I buy and hold?
I'm looking forward hearing from you

Welcome to BP Tony!
There is no simple answer for your question.
But I can tell you two things that you would give you a better idea on what you should do:
1. Become involved in the Real Estate community and understand your market
2. Do something, show some action and don't sit on the sideline too long
Wish you the best,
Bogdan
