Putting together first deal for investors

Happy Easter BP. I'm am currently working on a proposal package for a group of investors. Having a small issue on how to fit in my % of acquisition fees through out the deal. this is my first investor deal and don't want it to look like it is my first investor deal haha. If any one has a formula for this situation it would be gratefully appreciated. This is a multi family deal if that matters. Thanks...
