  • Hey you guys. Your next move is to buy a house Terrell! Bought my first property 30 years ago without a penny. I was eighteen years old. I never read a book or went to a seminar, just wanted a house, and had no money.lol. I made an offer through a realtor on a 2 bedroom at 40,000. the offer got accepted and I got approved for a mortgage through a freddie mac. However,I needed around 3k to close in 30 days. tryed several avenues, never gave up and ended up buying a brand new car for no money down and the salesmen cut me a rebate check for 3000.00 . Bam- not a penny of my own, plus a new car! I bought my second house a year or so later and the first property became a rental. four years after purchasing the first house I refinanced it for 102,000 and put 60 k in my pocket. Money from thin air folks. I aint quit since. Love to wheel and deal. My biggest advice is all deals need to work for both partys to be a good deal. Don't try to make a living screwing people over, won't work. Have a ball and get started folks!!!! Use your minds and Live it up.
