Investors in Washington state
Greetings investors,
I signed up for BP yesterday and am now looking for investors in Washington State. I am getting my MLO license next month and I am interested in meeting some of you around the area. If you know of any real estate groups or hard money lenders please message me or comment below. If you currently do wholesales, I am looking for a 4-plex/3-plex/duplex to renovate and hold.
