Real estate holding specialization
Hello BP Members,
I am at the beginning stages of my real estate investing. I love BP and all of its different educational avenues. There are millions of ways to make money in real estate. That said I want to focus on buy and hold niche. What from personal experience should I focus on mastering first? Marketing, analyzing deals, financing, I'm sure it depends on where I am now. I have been learning a lot over the past few days. But I really want to focus. Can anybody give me some inside or personal experience on putting all the other niches to the side and focusing whole heart on one?
