Contractor recommendations - Pinellas County FL

Hi, I was hoping someone on BP could give me a recommendation for a contractor in the Pinellas Country (St. Petersburg) area.  I have a realtor in place and project manager, but an opportunity on a rental property has come to me and I need a contractor. I live in Maryland. Obviously, I can search online, but wanted to check here first with BP members for recommendations.

I was going to give Michael Schueler a chance to respond for himself but since he hasn't I will speak up for him. I have used Michael multiple times and will continue to use him for my investment and personal projects in the future.
