Looking for info on acting as the bank

Hello all! I own a home which has seen appreciation but I think it wise to sell. (Currently selling price would be about $60k more than my current mortgage) I am not sure I want to sell outright, though. I would like to investigate selling but acting as the bank. I'd like to finance the buyer and continue to service my mortgage on the property. I realize there is much to learn to set this up properly but I'd like to learn and if it works (and it's even possible in Oregon) I'd like to set up a system that could be reused in the future on similar single family homes. Does anyone have experience utilizing this strategy? I will also be seeking legal advice from someone who knows RE law in Oregon. Accountants as well. It's time to build my team! Reply here or IM me and we can talk more. Thanks! Bob
