Where do I begin
My Father has 5 doubles. I helped with rehabbing in the beginning. That was over 20 yrs ago. He's almost 70 now and is getting tired. I have 7 yrs to be eligible for retirement. I'll be 55. He's ready to hand the property over. I would like to form a business (LLC) and grow the business. We were talking about flipping houses. I'm interested in buy and hold also. Any suggestions on where to begin? Thank You in advance.
