Hi guys! First timer here. Where to begin????? I work a 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Secure? Yes. Fulfilling? In a sense... Financially free? Not quite... I've began looking into Real Estate Wholesaling late last year and have purchased Clever Investor... watched and read countless videos, forums, books, you name it. I feel that I am ready for a deal... Any tips, advice, suggestions??? What was your first deal like?
