Has anyone tried using Redfin's real estate agent program for investment purposes, if so how did it work for you.

    Ive not used them, but Ive been on the opposite side of deals from them. I should note they are a competitor of mine.  Their agents tend to not be very good, they tend to misprice properties, screw up a lot of the details. They are low paid agents who are worked to death. Anyone with any talent they have leaves the company pretty quickly since they have a very low cap on their earnings. It is not a good business model, and at some point the money they hemorrhage every year will catch up to them and they will be out of business, or need to move to a different business model. Im already seeing in several metros their commissions rising.
