Salt Lake city / Utah - Building a team, bringing in investment

Hi Everyone,

In a few weeks I'll be heading back to Salt Lake City to start investing there. I've chosen for the city since I do know several builders there and, the metrics are good as wel with a growing population and stable and growing economy.

We're doing our first initial few investments in several smaller properties the coming months before bringing in big funds hopefully by the end of this year.

Before heading there I do want to be sure to be working with the right people and work on my network. Does anyone have good recomendations for:

 - Cheap but decent Rehab General Contractors
- Local Real Estate Attorney (we do have an out-of-state attorney but I prefer to have local inputs as well)
- Property Managers with an interest/focus in areas like Ogden, Orem etc..
- Wholesalers
- anyone else interesting :)

We do represent a sizeable amount of real estate in Belgium, I moved to the US recently to make it happen big time ad I'm wiling to partner and especially looking to expand our network.

Please hit me up! Let's make this big!
