Investor?
After browsing BiggerPockets and all of the info I've been gathering I have come to the conclusion that, nope. I don't have a passion for real estate. My passion is music.
Having said that, I know that real estate is a great investment tool. Yes, I already have mutual funds that likely contain real estate investments, but I was hoping to invest in either rentals or house flipping. Who knows? Maybe it would spark a passion! Any advice?
