What's happening

Just starting out and wondering, what's happening with the town I will be investing in?  What's being built, where? Is there a building going down? How about new companies migrating to this area? This year, the next, 5 years and 10 yrs down the road. There must be something out there that has this information. I'm looking in York Maine and Portsmouth nh. Does any have an idea where I can look? I'm more interested in a magazine or flyer but an Internet site would be best.

Go to the town office and talk to the town planner.  There might also be an economic development dept. and you can talk to the head of that, or read the most recent meeting minutes.
