I feel that im missing a few things
I dont know but i feel that im missing something to do deals, its been months and its really driving me nuts that figuring out what needs to be done to do deals from finding them to funds to actually seeing the "due diligence" happen. I wont stop till i figure this out however, i may need assistance with making deals till this all makes sense and fill in the missing gaps. I have done my homework on different strategies so right now im at a loss.
